The Bilingual Client Service Specialist, reports to the Every Day Banking Manager. They are responsible for providing industry leading client service while promoting Tangerine’s banking products to prospective and existing clients through our state of the art inbound and outbound service centre.
The Bilingual Client Service Specialist reports directly to the Bilingual Client Service Specialist.

Part time Client Service Specialists will be required to work full time hours for the first 9 weeks of training.
Please Note : There is a one year commitment in this role as a Client Service Specialist before you are eligible to apply for other internal opportunities.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
The Bilingual Client Service Specialist will be working in a traditional office environment and may be subject to special working conditions as needed by the business.
Special working conditions may cover a range of circumstances from regular evening and weekend work, overtime, shift work, working outdoors and / or working with challenging clients.
