As a coordinator this person will work collaboratively with all departments on site and at the corporate head office. Being a team player and having strong communication skills is a must.
In addition to collaborating with large teams and multiple departments the successful candidate will be a strong problem solver willing to work in remote job sites throughout the British Columbia.
Coordinate the administrative needs of a project.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
Maintaining project schedule and deliverables for PM and department managers on site.
Communicating key plans, risks, and addressing areas of concern with all key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently but take direction from multiple leadership roles.
Provide all reporting requirements to multiple departments and corporate head office.
Maintaining relationships with all departments and showing strong communication skills.
Creative problem solver
Willing to work in camp throughout the Province of B.C.
Advanced understanding and command of MS Office
Able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication
Understanding of cost control in Civil Construction site
Civil Construction experience an asset
