About This Opportunity
Musquodoboit Valley Memorial Hospital (MVMH) Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC) is seeking a family physician for a locum opportunity.
The successful candidate will provide care to patients in the emergency department, the family practice clinic, and the inpatient unit as well as to the residents of the local nursing home.
The CEC is supported by a strong administrative team and fully utilizes an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Nestled in the heart of Nova Scotia, the CEC team serves Musquodoboit Valley and the surrounding areas. The team provides same-day or next-day access to primary health care, as well as emergency care between 8 a.
m. and 8 p.m. daily. Overnight emergency care is provided through 911 services.
