We are looking for a Bilingual BI Scrum Master, an opportunity located in downtown Montréal !
The purpose of the position :
We are looking for a BI Scrum Master to ensure the Agile coordination of BI large scale and long term projects.
A typical work day :
Work in partnership with Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of BI initiatives;
Take responsibility for implementation of the Agile methodology / process that includes the planning, organization and coordination of activities according to Alithya standards;
Coach project team and stakeholders to facilitate transition to the Agile methodology;
Report progress to stakeholders in the spirit of transparency and rigour (according to the indicators put in place);
Ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards;
Assess risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies in partnership with the platform manager and Product Owner;
Create a work environment that fosters skills development, teamwork, creativity and recognition of employee achievements within project team.

Must be Bilingual in French and English;
7 to 10 years of experience, a Senior Scrum Master who has already managed and deployed BI Projects as well as managed several agile projects;
Experience implementing an Agile methodology in several environments;
Experience implementing BI Projects;
Has overseen projects with a strong change management component;
Excellent knowledge and a good understanding of different BI skills;
University degree in computer science, or other equivalent studies or work experience;
Agile certification or experience.
