As Project Coordinator - Print Production, you will report to the Graphic Print Project Manager and work on all print related tasks and store needs for Canada, the USA and International (when needed).

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Partner with the visual and marketing team in preparing all necessary signage quantities for print as well as preparing distribution lists for all marketing and visual campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly signage shipping lists for the warehouse and stores.
  • Act as the key liaison between stores and the marketing warehouse to ensure all signage is shipped on a weekly basis.
  • Partner with the procurement department to ensure all signage levels are accurate and stores can order necessary marketing material.
  • Support the Graphic Print Project Manager in aligning with our logistics, operations, visual and graphics teams to print all signage (for all window launches, in-
  • store zones / campaigns, etc.).

  • Acting as a key liaison with all existing printers in managing timelines and deliveries.
  • Assist the Graphic Print Project Manager in obtaining quotes / negotiating with suppliers.
  • Work with the logistics team to ensure all importation documents for USA stores are completed weekly.
  • Weekly signage quality check before shipping from the warehouse.
  • Organize all marketing signage in the department, quote sheets, past promotions etc. to ensure everything is easily accessible.
  • Seasonal store visits.
  • Other projects / tasks as assigned.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience in print production for retail an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (about ¾ of this role is Excel spreadsheet-based)
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop an asset.
  • Experience in a retail marketing environment a strong asset.
  • Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, thorough and detailed.
  • Ability to manage a project from start to finish, meet strict deadlines and manage time efficiently.
  • Bilingual (English and French) both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a strong ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
  • Local travel is required.
