We have a great opportunity to join our HR function as a HR Operations Partner. In this role you’ll provide HR support in collaboration HR Services teams along with engaging with centers of excellence, L&TD, Reward, Recruitment to provide a HR service to our business divisions and / or function.

This is a full-time role offering great exposure across a multi-faceted, global business.

Your purpose :

Work closely with the key stakeholders to understand and address business issues and support local organisational capabilities and development with HR interventions.

  • Act as the key HR contact point across senior business stakeholders to communicate and manage the annual HR activities
  • You’ll be the key interface in building strong working relationships between the Corporate Functions and the HR delivery teams.
  • Actively manage, contribute, or procure the correct resource for a multitude of HR activities / projects to support business performance.
  • This may include people priorities’, organization development, redundancies, performance management, talent review and succession, diversity & inclusion.

  • Work with the HR Services community to ensure customer excellence and feedback on customer and employee experience
  • Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes and assure compliance and governance.

  • Have excellent communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach, working with other HR colleagues, suppliers, and their teams to ensure timely and professional delivery

  • If you have experience working as a HRBP or HR Manager and a chartered member of the CIPD this role could be suitable for you.
