The IT Service Delivery Analyst Network and Infrastructure (General description of responsibilities)

Responsibilities :

  • Escalation Point for all Network Issues and activities
  • Handling special Requests for Servers & Network
  • Network Support Switches, routers, Access Points.
  • Network Hardware configurations (routers, switches, AP’s, etc)
  • Administrate MLPS and Network / Wifi
  • Support for P1 and P2 issues related to Network, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
  • Managing Network and Telecommunication issues, replacements, improvements
  • Managing Network and Telecommunication Vendors
  • Projects Ongoing
  • Consultant for It related IT issues that involved Telecommunications and Network.
  • Technical assistance related to Telecommunications, Network and Infrastructure.
  • Process development
  • Network Support Switches, routers, Access Points.
  • Daily Canada Operations Follow up
  • Research and adopt New Technology related to Network, Infrastructure, Cloud services, etc.
  • Education and Experience

  • Computer Information Systems
  • IT Network Engineer
  • Certifications in Network and Infrastructure Management

  • Impact / Scope

  • Projects Open New Locations / Close Locations Phone Lines Cancellation Lines not in use anymore. MPLS Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations Manage Auditors requests for IT / Network rooms.
  • Infrastructure and Networks Upgrade and Improvements End of Life replacements for switches, routers and Access points IoT Internet of Thing Pilot Q9 Application Migration to Cloud / Data Center (Tulsa) Corporate Projects

  • Sites Support Status Reports for projects and activities Network / WiFi outages & support Network for IT Operation Field Network support Slowness and latency Escalations P1 and P2 issues.
  • Process Development for Integrations and Closures Documentation Vendors Management (Bell, DXC, NTT, CDW, Cisco, Polycom, etc
