Be a master of hospitality by welcoming all employees, candidates, and guests into the office each day.
Maintain Office / Conference Room cleanliness via two daily walk-throughs.
Flex your admin skills by answering questions, troubleshooting computer issues, and accepting deliveries.
Communicate the Top Hat brand and experience as the first face people see when they come in.
Uphold the highest standard of customer satisfaction via daily interactions.
Manage hardware, i.e. sorting and inventorying all computer hardware and office supplies.
Work with your team members to mitigate office support tickets and requests.
Support staff with administrative, sales, and support duties, such as event set-up.
Distribute snacks and other deliveries throughout the building.
Open and close the office depending on our schedule.
You are the smiling-est person you know! A friendly, happy, smiling face is a key for success on our team!
You are very organized and detail oriented - you’ve never lost a message or piece of mail in your life!
You are a great communicator - relaying messages to other Top Hat teammates is a crucial part of the job!
You’ve had at least one year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
