    oriented Administrative Assistant OfficeTeam is looking for! We are looking for people who are deeply passionate about growing their careers as an Administrative Assistant.

    This is a short term temporary opportunity in the Toronto, Ontario area, so Administrative Assistant candidates looking for that kind of arrangement are encourage to apply.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist other employees with diverse projects
  • Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients and customers to the appropriate areas
  • Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
  • Answer incoming calls of the office and tend to any client enquiries
  • Handle special administrative projects - managing deadlines, providing key operational support
  • Manage overflow work from other departments and executive assistants
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and well presented
  • Be the Director of First Impressions! Qualifications REQUIREMENTS :
  • Previous administrative experience is required (3 years and more)
  • Previous experience with compiling and filing expense reports
  • Strong knowledge of the entire MS Office Suite
  • Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Proven ability to use the internet for research
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written correspondence
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others
  • Completed Post-Secondary education and higher
