Job Level
NV-06Desjardins is looking for passionate people who will contribute to its life and health insurance teams by taking care of the analysis of members' and clients' files.
You play a critical role in disability claim assessment. You evaluate disability claims that meet the criteria for non-complex claims based on specific criteria for the different diagnoses and expected durations.
You provide daily technical support to case managers dealing with complex claims. You calculate and pay out adjusted benefits for gradual return to work cases.
Lastly, in managing open files, you follow up with various disability benefit agencies (CNESST, IVAC, SAAQ). This position involves working on a team, so you must be highly autonomous and able to assess and prioritize your tasks.

Schedule : Flexible working hours of 35 hours, Monday to Friday
Workplace : Position located in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework #LI-Remote or hybrid work #LI-Hybrid (at candidate's preference)

Qualifications
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
