  • Successfully lead cross functional Henkel AE teams maximizing year-on-year growth in sales and profitability.
  • Responsible for P&L of account, revenue targets (top line and EBIT) as well as overall customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage key accounts with focus on strategic relationship development planning to drive growth, providing technical sales leading to unique customer value and maximizing business potential within the account.
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to cross functional Henkel AE team regarding strategy, responsibilities and expectations.
  • Provide monthly account report including business YTD and LBE, Provide strategic plan presentations to AE management quarterly.

  • Bachelors of Science or Engineering in a technical or business discipline.
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience and experience working with major / key accounts, progressive record of self-starting results.
  • Previous management or team leadership experience desired.
  • Up-to-date computer skills including business typing skills, strong literacy in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Power Point, contact management software, and Lotus Notes.
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Regular regional / global travel required
