Under the authority of the director, the person is responsible for carrying out the projects construction, renovation, conservation and development of buildings by administering contracts awarded to professionals and contractors and coordinating the activities of all stakeholders necessary for the complete execution of the work to ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and the needs program.


  • Hold a bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering and be a member in good standing of the Order of architects or the Order of Engineers.
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience related to the attributions.
  • Hold a master's degree or a certification in project management or being in the process of obtaining it would be an asset.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of good practices project management.
  • Know the laws, regulations, codes and standards related to the fields of activity.
  • Demonstrate communication skills (written and verbal), good judgment, a sense of responsibility, a great capacity for analysis, synthesis and decision, showing leadership, creativity and having skills in control and supervision.
  • Have experience in planning and / or management of major projects in the hospital field would be an asset.

    This position includes an annual salary of up to '' at $ 92,303 excluding overtime. Treatment will vary by skill and experience, according to the scale of the job class.
