Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Manager, Studio Producing, the Junior Coordinator, Studio Producing is responsible for executing daily website uploads and visual merchandising based on the SSENSE brand aesthetic and point of view.
The ideal candidate works closely with the Studio Producing team to help monitor all timelines, launch dates, and website upload daily targets are met as per the agreed upon quality and guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio Production - 90%
Assist and support Studio Producing team with day-to-day tasks
Monitor the status of e-commerce production intra-day, constantly following up with the appropriate parties and report and escalate issues and risks accordingly
Perform quality control and ensure accurate information on all items (e.g. copy, visuals and specs) responding to and correcting discrepancies in a timely manner
Execute daily uploads and visual merchandising based on the SSENSE brand aesthetic and point of view
Track launches and ensure the upload onto the website at the designated time is carried out successfully
Work closely with the post production team to support all production schedules
Perform data entry as required
Contribute to projects that will improve business performance through optimizing production ways of working to support Studio art direction, visual and content production and other strategic opportunities as required
Continuous Improvement - 10%
Assist with identifying opportunities to improve daily operations and productivity as it relates to studio production processes
Support the Studio Producing team with onboarding related tasks and help in maintaining training materials updated
Qualifications
College or University diploma in Fashion Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field an asset
1 year of experience in coordination or logistics role, fashion, e-commerce and / or creative industry environment preferred
Understanding of performance metrics, content production processes and online merchandising tactics, an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suites (specifically Excel and Google Sheets)
Open to working evenings and weekends, as required
Strong interest in e-commerce and knowledge in fashion, styling or copywriting, an asset
Bilingual in English and French
