NV-11As Team Leader, Relationship Marketing, you assist your unit's manager by providing management support for the members of a work team.

You coordinate your unit's activities, action plans and projects. You provide support and coaching for a team consisting mainly of seasoned professionals, assign them mandates and activities, and carry out regular follow ups on the progress of work and projects.

You promote talent development and engagement by creating a positive and motivating work environment in which you recognize the participation and contribution of every team member in achieving the organization's objectives.

Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work.

You assume functional authority over the work team and manage the individual performance of resources. You make recommendations on the development and delivery of files and projects with a high degree of complexity and large-scale deployment.

These require analysis and a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the organization, business line, and relationship marketing.

You guide the team on sophisticated relationship marketing approaches, and update business practices to meet the changing needs of members and clients.

Coordination is critical. You must interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in a variety of fields of expertise.

You develop business positioning and take on a leadership and influencer role when interacting with senior management and decision-making bodies.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities

Target, develop and recommend strategic orientations and business positioning

Help define member-client paths, and implement and run the activities and projects you are responsible for

Ensure that established objectives are achieved within the stipulated timeframes and with the allocated resources, and manage results, performance, quality and the satisfaction of dedicated clients and partners

Develop strategies and action plans related to training and upskilling of team members, particularly in relation to using data and new relationship marketing approaches

Help resolve complaints and issues related to dissatisfaction forwarded to you, in accordance with the organization's practices

Participate in hiring, managing performance, determining and applying disciplinary measures, and developing employee skills, without acting as the decision maker or managing the budget

Other working conditions

Work place : Currently regular telework because of the pandemic. Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected.

The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work. #LI-Hybrid

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

A minimum of eight years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
