Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Technical Writer who will support multiple Lines of Business including Retail Operations, Banking Centres, Contract Centres, Capital Markets & Wealth Management, and INTRIA.
The ideal candidate will be interacting with Subject Matter Experts from among the operations teams, front-line teams, as well as coordinating with the editing team, translation teams, and publishing teams.
The main function of this role is to write technical materials, such as equipment manuals, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions.
A successful candidate is responsible for organizing, editing and maintaining technical records and files. This role is to help with day-to-day maintenance requests.
Will be managing the existing library of documentation, making updates are requested by the business.
