Position : Pursuit Sales Executive
The Pursuit Sales Executive (PSE) is a key member of the Business Development Pursuit Sales Team, contributing to the delivery of the sector’s sales targets and business objectives.
The PSE is a primary face to the client for prospecting, opportunity development, closure and overall account stewardship, ensuring a positive client experience, and leading to increased retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Works as a client-facing, core account team member within designated prospect accounts :
Supports 4 Pursuit Client Managers (PCMs), co-managing and executing on strategy for 3-5 client accounts within each aligned PCM base
Prospects for, identifies and closes opportunities in aligned accounts via strategic team efforts in conjunction with PCM, and via individual efforts
Drives small equipment deals
Pinpoints opportunities for software solution sales with emphasis on Docushare and XMPie
Builds a strong understanding of Xerox services and solutions, our competition in the industry and positioning to align offerings with client need
Expedites Corporate / Master Agreements and ensures appropriate internal touchpoints are handled in a timely manner
Owns process for ensuring client renewals are managed and delivered in a timely manner, ensuring all internal touchpoints are met and associated paperwork is completed
In conjunction with PCM, sets, attends and leads client calls to include virtual demos ensuring internal stakeholder attendance and timely follow up
Deploys a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
Develops solid relationships across wider organizations within Xerox to support speed-to-sale process
Maintains familiarity with Xerox systems and software, and attends internal training, education, and sales compliance calls
Attends regular team and account calls with PCM sales leadership
Provides comprehensive updates to PCM sales leadership
Commits to delivering an exceptional client experience
Fosters a collaborative, ethical, inclusive, responsible and positive approach to all internal and external interactions
