The Role

The primary role of a Territory Manager is to grow the market demand for Imperial Tobacco nicotine products in a collection of accounts within a geographical area.

You own the relationship with the accounts and effectively act as a business consultant on product knowledge, technology, pricing, and many other areas, thereby acting as a strategic partner with retailers.

Using superior leadership and interpersonal skills, you will create close relationships with our trade partners to execute corporate plans, negotiate strategies, and meet business objectives.

Your main responsibilities are to :

  • Deliver on financial (NTO), Volume and Market Share objectives for all Imperial Tobacco products, including next generation (non-
  • combustible nicotine products)

  • Deliver growth through implementing a sustainable model of Win (consumer), Win (Customer) Win (Imperial Tobacco) with strategic trade partners
  • Manage all company resources for the territory to ensure that they are deployed in the most efficient and effective manner possible to achieve and exceed financial (NTO), Volume and Market Share objectives
  • Develop an understanding and act on (where appropriate) market intelligence that may impact, the sale of Imperial Tobacco Products
  • Monitor and measure territory objectives and implement appropriate strategies to maximize
  • Motivating, supporting, coaching, training and developing retailer partners to maximize the sale of Imperial Tobacco Products to Adult Nicotine Consumer
