Opportunity Highlights :
Oversee development and delivery of custom solutions to the client.
Interface with key groups in Custom Solutions and other Skillsoft business units as required.
Maintain appropriate documentation, including status reports.
Interact effectively with internal and external partners.
Conduct projects in alignment with the overall business objectives of the company.
Skills & Qualifications :
Degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing, managing, and implementing computer-based training.
Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and corporate level learning technologies and solutions.
Prior experience with customer service, project management, and a focus on delivering solutions.
Experience with project scheduling tools.
Microsoft Office Suite Project, PPT, Word, Excel, etc.
Familiarity with all internet technologies and concepts.
Familiarity with most common operating systems and network implementations.
Experience with media design tools and formats - ex. Adobe products, video etc.
Excellent Project Management, time management and organizational skills.
The desire to be part of building a professional services organization.
Keen interest in personal and professional development.
Proactive with a strong sense of urgency and competitive drive.
Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to make independent decisions.
