Project Engineer Urban Infrastructure


The Project Engineer will be working within a multidisciplinary team. Their main tasks and responsibilities will be to act as Senior Project Engineer, responsible for municipal engineering construction designs for medium and large-scale projects.


  • Write study reports and technical specifications for underground municipal infrastructure projects;
  • Design sewer systems, aqueducts and other underground infrastructure;
  • Perform roadway design, sidewalks, planning of public squares;
  • Prepare specific technical studies, feasibility and preliminary drafts for projects;
  • Write various technical reports;
  • Estimation of construction costs, and establishment of a schedules for work completion;
  • Coordinate technical aspects of projects with other internal disciplines, client and third parties involved.
  • Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or the equivalent;
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Corporation of Quebec Engineers)
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the municipal engineering field
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and demonstrate teamwork skills
  • Attentive to details and design quality
  • Experience in consulting engineer firm in the municipal field (an asset).
