Responsibilities :

1) Assist sales executives in the technical qualification of new sales opportunities, understand customer requirements and articulate the value proposition

2) Present and demonstrate analytics software to technical and non-technical audiences

3) Prepare and handle sales annual budget

4) Assist, support and coordinate sales personnel in performing daily sales activities

5) Analyze market in order to identify new sales and business opportunities

6) Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company

7) Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results

8) Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within accounts

9) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

10) Adhere to all company policies procedures and ethics

Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent business or technical education

2) Minimum 3 years of Pre-Sales Engineer, Consulting or Customer-Facing Service Delivery experience

3) Highly organized and good planner

4) Ability to supervise and coordinate a team

5) Ability to properly evaluate and motivate team members and sales representatives
