This is a permanent full-time role in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for ensuring orders are accurate.

A high level of courtesy, friendliness, service and organization are required to navigate a combination of manual and automated systems to complete orders.

Non-standard work hours may be required during peak times such as month or quarter end.

Responsibilities include :

  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers and Sales team
  • Accurate entry of orders, returns and other data into ERP system
  • Scheduling orders according to current manufacturing capacity
  • Providing order status information to customers
  • Communicating order changes in a timely and professional manner
  • Setting up and maintaining Partner Contracts
  • Maintaining Customer Records in ERP system
  • Providing basic technical product information
  • Supporting customer service related requests
  • Following established processes and procedures for order processing
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years order management or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Collaborative, likes to work in teams
  • Good Problem Solving Skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience :

  • Order Management experience in a high volume environment
  • Experience using SAP and / or Sales Force
  • Experience with a hardware, software manufacturer or logistics
  • Business Diploma or Degree
  • Bilingual Spanish
