Role Summary :
Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
Communicates across direct organization.
Connects the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions; works on cross-functional projects / teams to deliver technology solutions for the business.
Communicates across the function in area of expertise.
Essential Responsibilities :
Create and maintain plant level routings, BOMs, master data and work center data.
Work with engineering, quality, and production to develop manufacturing process and sequences.
Conduct lean events and special projects as required.
Work with HSE leads to develop product specific material handling methods and HRAs.
Develop shop floor layouts for new products.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment.
Proficient in SAP with routing, BOM, master data and WC development.
Able to read blue print drawings
Proficient in AutoCAD
