The Registered Massage Therapist and / or Certified Spa Practitioner (RMT / CSP) is responsible for providing massage services to guests, typically in the afternoon hours, but the RMT / CSP may also need to be available for daytime massages based on the needs of each trip.
The RMT / CSP is responsible for managing the massage schedule, as well as recording completed treatments into CMH’s reservation system as per company policy.
In addition, the RMT / CSP is responsible for a variety of lodge-related cleaning duties and playing a key role in CMH’s safety program.
This role is not required to perform any additional duties in the lodge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The role of the RMT / CSP will work individually and as part of a team. It is essential to be highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with impeccable attention to detail.
The right candidate is flexible, self-motivated with a passion for high-end hospitality and the desire to actively contribute to a positive team environment.

Each therapist / practitioner is responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and professional presentation of their own massage room, including laundry.
The role of the RMT / CSP is a commission-based position. In addition to the commission, a daily rate is paid to the RMT / CSP that is scheduled to perform the lodge duties listed above.
This daily rate is based on a 5-hour morning shift for all days, except guest exchange days. Guest exchange days are compensated as a 10-hour day.
All shifts are paid excluding break times. When more than 1 RMT / CSP is scheduled as per guest request, a guaranteed commission is paid to both therapists.
Details relating to commissions structures will be discussed in a personal interview.
The schedule for this position is based on guest demand and varies over the course of the season. Typically, an RMT / CSP can expect to work 2 to 3 weeks per rotation, followed by 1, on some occasions 2, weeks off.
This is a seasonal job opportunity. The CMH winter season runs from late-November to late-April with an additional 2-day training seminar in the second half of November.
Successful applicants must be available for the entire duration of the season including holidays. Successful applicants must be able to get themselves to and from the lodge for their scheduled shifts, as well as to and from the off-site staff accommodation.

Each employee will contribute to the company's success while also having the opportunity to achieve their full potential as individuals
