Responsabilities & Duties

  • Support the ongoing internal communications strategy, coordinating with relevant teams throughout the organization to ensure effectiveness and to encourage the integration of best practices into corporate culture;
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the company's communication initiatives and platforms, recommend adjustments and modifications to strategies and materials as appropriate;
  • Interact regularly with the various teams in the company in order to maintain a good understanding of future initiatives, communication needs and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with other Communication team members to drive effective, innovative projects aimed at increasing employee engagement.
  • Support campaigns and day-to-day activities in all internal communications niches (i.e. editorial writing, employee outreach, etc.);
  • Support communications regarding business transformation and digitalization as part of the Strategic Agenda project.
  • Organize and coordinate various events for company employees in collaboration with the Events Manager, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs;
  • Collaborate with Information and Communication Technologies and other teams to update tools used in all internal communications media;
  • Monitor the evolution of tools, trends and applications in internal communications.
  • Analyze and administer donation and sponsorship requests and liaise with top management for approvals;
  • Education & Training :

    Bachelor's degree in communication, advertising or related discipline

    Experience :

    2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

    Skills, Knoweldge & aptitudes :

  • Bilingual and able to speak well in both official languages;
  • Excellent writing skills in English and French;
  • Ability for teamwork, enthusiastic, resourceful, organized, decided;
  • Very attentive to details;
  • Strong project management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively, verbally or in writing, and to build and maintain relationships;
  • At ease with Word, Powerpoint and Excel as well as communication and document-sharing software such as Teams, Skype and SharePoint;
  • At ease with online publishing using the intranet (SharePoint-based), and distributing emails through a tool such as Newsweaver (or similar);
