Our client is a global company in the healthcare industry, and they are looking for a Respiratory Sales Representative to cover the Southwestern Ontario, Northern Ontario and Manitoba territory.
We are seeking sales professionals for our Respiratory & Acute Care Team selling to hospitals through our channel partners.
You will be able to offer your healthcare customers a comprehensive family of proprietary heated humidification products and system solutions during the treatment of respiratory conditions by ventilation or oxygen therapy.
Key Responsibilities :
Gain a full working knowledge of the organization’s products and services.
Completely understand customers’ requirements and present a solution that exceeds their needs.
Work with key accounts throughout the sales territory.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Prospect and develop new business relationships.
Other duties as required.
Experience and Requirements :
Post-secondary education required.
3-7 years’ sales experience, with a consistent track record of success and leadership, preferably in a business to business selling model.
Hospital medical device sales experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities and direct resources.
Demonstrated ability to build solid customer relationships and excellent closing skills.
Strong territory management skills.
Must be a self-starter / self-motivator.
Excellent communication, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proven success in medical or non-medical sales capacity.
Strong time management and sales skills.
Strong ability to build long-term relationships.
Willingness to travel, 50% travel required.
