Exceed sales target
Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers in the territory (specially on Anesthesia, ICU, Neonatololy and ER)
Position Masimo SET as the new standard for pulse oximetry and Masimo Rainbow as the new standard of care for Pulse Co-Oximetry.
Engage in qualification, demonstration, direct evaluation, closure, installation and follow up.
Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show)
Provide marketing input including direct market trends and competitive activity
Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products and in-service end-users.
PowerPoint presentation skills will be necessary to communicate Masimo’s vision and value proposition.
Proven track record of Direct Sales and the ability to communicate value based solutions
Five or more years of Medical Device Direct Sales experience. Patient Monitoring systems highly advantageous
Five or more year experience in a key account sales management role
Experience in customer interactions, training and presentations
Comfortable in high visibility situations and exhibits strong self-confidence
Demonstrated self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.
Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced software, presentation and project management skills
Ability and willingness to travel throughout your territory
