  • Exceed sales target
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers in the territory (specially on Anesthesia, ICU, Neonatololy and ER)
  • Position Masimo SET as the new standard for pulse oximetry and Masimo Rainbow as the new standard of care for Pulse Co-Oximetry.
  • Engage in qualification, demonstration, direct evaluation, closure, installation and follow up.
  • Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show)
  • Provide marketing input including direct market trends and competitive activity
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products and in-service end-users.
  • PowerPoint presentation skills will be necessary to communicate Masimo’s vision and value proposition.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proven track record of Direct Sales and the ability to communicate value based solutions
  • Five or more years of Medical Device Direct Sales experience. Patient Monitoring systems highly advantageous
  • Five or more year experience in a key account sales management role
  • Experience in customer interactions, training and presentations
  • Comfortable in high visibility situations and exhibits strong self-confidence
  • Demonstrated self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced software, presentation and project management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout your territory
