If so we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for an 6-
month assignment at a Top 5 bank in Markham.
Pay rate : $16.63 / hour Shifts : Mon-Fri, 8am to 9pm, Sat 8am to 4pm (flexible rotating shifts) Hours per week : Min 22.
5 hours / week up to full time 37.5 hours or more may be required.
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Take inbound calls from the mortgage sales department and answer questions about appraisal status
Perform compliance reviews
Interact with various sales channels, partners and vendors to provide information in response to inquiries
