If so we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for an 6-

month assignment at a Top 5 bank in Markham.

Pay rate : $16.63 / hour Shifts : Mon-Fri, 8am to 9pm, Sat 8am to 4pm (flexible rotating shifts) Hours per week : Min 22.

5 hours / week up to full time 37.5 hours or more may be required.

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

  • Take inbound calls from the mortgage sales department and answer questions about appraisal status
  • Perform compliance reviews
  • Interact with various sales channels, partners and vendors to provide information in response to inquiries
