Job Description : Act as user-centred design champion on a variety of products which may range from websites and content management systems to fully integrated, cross-
channel marketing campaigns. Design UX for meaningful and highly functional experiences. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Be comfortable contributing to the full project lifecycle. Create sitemaps, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
Conduct UX research and testing. Provide technologically viable and innovative design solutions, and provide clear designs and documentation for development team.
Collaborate with Creative Leads, Graphic Designers, Developers, Brand Strategists, and Project Managers Present findings, UX documents, and designs Understand design guidelines, best practices, and usability standards.
Qualifications : Experience conducting UX research / testing and coming up with design solutions that are based on real user needs and pain points.
At least 3-5 years of experience in UX design and a strong portfolio. Strong knowledge of user-centred design, user experience principles, and accessibility guidelines.
Positive attitude and solution focused approach Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Strategic thinker, comfortable ideating high-level concepts as well as coming up with detailed design executions.
