This position designs and implements a set of procedures to monitor and improve the quality and fidelity of the STOP Placement Office and the Community Based Providers in the Program Area.
This is a field based compliance position. The main office is located in Campbell, however this role will be responsible for program audits from San Jose to Napa.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provides ongoing evaluation and coordinates / conducts audits of the quality and fidelity of service delivery from Salinas to Ventura.
Flexibility to schedule appointments as desired with vendors / site locations. Mileage and overnight travel reimbursement included.
Determines performance-based metrics and studies the level of program effectiveness.
Maintains and tracks the Live Scans of CBP staff.
Assists Training Coordinator in providing trainings for STOP staff and CBPs, thereby increasing the level of accountability and professionalism of all stakeholders.
Ensures the proper recording, entering, correcting, filing and consolidating of data into the STOP database.
Ensures that monthly exports to GEO Corporate and CDCR are completed as required.
Authenticates results using written reports and oral communication with remote sites for data correction and integrity purposes.
Develops and implements system-wide Quality Assurance Plan under the direction of the STOP Program Manager.
Oversees, supports and monitors all CBP sites to evaluate the quality of data, service delivery, contract compliance, and model / curriculum delivery fidelity.
Develops action plans to correct deficiencies; ensures that corrective action plans resulting from program audits are implemented and assesses the effectiveness of corrective action under the direction of the STOP Program Manager.
Conducts random, unannounced audits of CBPs yearly including providers who receive a high volume of status alerts or incident reports.
Prepares and submits quarterly Quality Assurance reports to the STOP Program Manager and partners with CDCR and STOP staff to ensure policies and procedures and contractual mandates are being followed at all times.
Develops and maintains quality control procedures to ensure high quality service.
Assists in resolving programmatic and personnel problems.
Be knowledgeable in the programmatic process and be able to define and identify program methodology, counseling modalities, program design needs, the various facets of the program and the principles and techniques of individual counseling and small and large group counseling.
