Our Coordinator, Workplace Support Program (WSP) is responsible for case coordination and monitoring of all work place support program services from beginning to end.

Responsibilities of a Coordinator, Workplace Support Program are the following :

Acting as direct a contact for the corporate customer and maintains this communication throughout the duration of all cases.

Ensuring monthly reports are received from the counsellor within designated timelines and that all required information is properly documented.

Ensuring that reports are approved by the Clinical Manager and sent to the corporate customer in a timely manner.

Acting as point of contact in dealing with any case specific requirements involving the corporate customer.

Acting as point of contact in dealing with any questions from the corporate customer regarding the monthly reports.

Ensuring proper release and documentation is received directly from corporate customer to initiate WSP service within aggressive timelines.

Generating cases, ensuring all details from client and corporate customer are properly documented.

Ensuring assignment of cases to appropriate counselor in consultation with Clinical Manager.

Coaching and training assigned counsellor on any necessary aspects of the particular WSP service being assigned and ensures they follow procedures and have all required materials.

Assisting the counsellor network with all WSP administrative and procedural concerns.

Ensuring counsellors are coached to strengthen their administrative skills as needed.

Reviews and highlights the appropriateness of using the counsellor again for this type of case with Clinical Manager.

Responsible for a variety of Administrative tasks.

Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate for the Coordinator, WSP opportunity will possess the following core qualifications and skills :

Ideal candidates will have a B.A. in Social Work or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Successful candidates will also have 2 year experience in a social work field or related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years customer service and administrative experience.

You have outstanding multi-tasking, strong organizational and superior interpersonal skills.

You are a highly reliable achiever who has excellent computer skills and are very familiar with all MS Office software applications.

Discretion and strong verbal and written communications skills are required.
