Mothers Choice Products is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative & Administrative Assistant (French & English) to join our team in Richmond, BC!

Note : This is a bilingual French & English role.


You are a self-starter who excels working independently. You are not afraid to ask questions to proactively track down information to complete your tasks, on time and efficiently.

Founded in 1993, Mothers Choice Products (affectionately known as MCP) is one of the leading distributors of maternal health products in Canada.

MCP has grown from a home-based company to a large office and warehouse facility in Richmond, BC with territory managers located across Canada and is a major supplier to both independent retailers and large chain store such as Walmart, Toys R Us, Save On Foods and London Drugs (to name a few!).

As our bilingual Customer Service & Administrative Assistant , you will be the †right hand’ for our office manager. You will support our administrative team through the following responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries and onboarding new customers.
  • Handle initial customer inquiries and complaints, escalating to upper management when necessary.
  • Perform customer service and order entry, including phone and email correspondence with customers.
  • Maintain and update customer files using the current filing system.
  • Assist with accounting administration including data entry, filing, order trackingand accounts receivable using SAGE software.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance with office management, supporting with administrative duties as assigned by the office manager.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • High School diploma (Post-secondary education is considered an asset!)
  • Fluent in English and French, both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other administrative programs
  • Organized, efficient and proactive
  • Customer-centric, consistently delivering a high level of service
  • Self-starter who requires little supervision
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and a quick learner
  • Knowledge of accounting software SAGE (Simply Accounting) and basic accounting principles is considered an asset
