Guest experience : Accountable for the appearance of all F&B outlets and ensuring we are providing an animated and inviting atmosphere for all our guests.
Review of all customer comments through various voice of customer avenues and then providing the F&B team the framework and planning to act on any changes for continual improvement.
Financial responsibilities The position will be responsible for all facets of the financial performance including, operating and capital budgets, forecasting, future development plan, weekly and monthly financial report review and analysis, labor, inventory and other costs controls.
Your objective will be to meet and exceed contribution targets while improving profitability and growing the average spend per room night.
You will be responsible for all corporate partner agreements pertaining to food & beverage vendors as well as supporting our resort partner agreements.
Experience / Requirements : This is a fulltime, year-round position Business / Hospitality Degree or related Diploma. 5-
10 yrs in Leadership Capacity with proven Track Record in a Senior Leadership Role. Strong financial acumen. Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer literacy especially with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with F&B POS systems. Culinary certification considered a strong asset.
Proven business savvy and a strong financial controls background. Serving it right and food safe level 1 certificates are required.
Ability to lead through company mission, vision and values. Strategic decision maker and planner. Proven ability to lead through hands on training.
Demonstrated ability in entrepreneurial flare. Physical Requirements : Must be willing to work more than 40 hours / week as needed.
Able to be on feet throughout a ten-hour day. Contacts : Extensive contact with guests, front-line employees, and resort management.
Consistent telephone and face to face interaction with front-line employees, management staff, Senior Leadership Team, and company vendors.
