Regional Managers within the Bell Dealer Sales team are responsible for overseeing and leading an assigned number of independently owned Bell and Virgin Dealer Stores.
They are accountable for the overall management of their dealers and achievement of targets for all lines of business. They provider leadership, direction, coaching and mentorship to optimize revenue, profit, customer experience and Bell brand equity, in alignment with Bells strategic imperatives.
In addition to leading Dealers, the Regional Managers are responsible for all areas of store operations and execution. This includes keeping their dealer team up to date on policies, procedures, product knowledge, and industry knowledge, preparing for upcoming launches and promotions, developing regional marketing and advertising initiatives, training staff and maintaining in-store merchandising.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
