Regional Managers within the Bell Dealer Sales team are responsible for overseeing and leading an assigned number of independently owned Bell and Virgin Dealer Stores.

They are accountable for the overall management of their dealers and achievement of targets for all lines of business. They provider leadership, direction, coaching and mentorship to optimize revenue, profit, customer experience and Bell brand equity, in alignment with Bells strategic imperatives.

In addition to leading Dealers, the Regional Managers are responsible for all areas of store operations and execution. This includes keeping their dealer team up to date on policies, procedures, product knowledge, and industry knowledge, preparing for upcoming launches and promotions, developing regional marketing and advertising initiatives, training staff and maintaining in-store merchandising.


  • Exceed territory sales targets in all product categories which include Postpaid, hardware upgrades, Small & Medium Business
  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key stakeholders. This includes conducting Quarterly Dealer Business reviews with each Dealer and documenting action plans as well as regular communication on key areas such as sales results and plans, proactive weekly feedback, meeting participation, staff training, merchandising, and incentives.
  • Identify and implement store retrofit programs and / or other opportunities for growth / enhancement of the brand within the region including the potential recruitment of new dealers and locations.
  • Work with the dealers to improve customer satisfaction results.
  • Encourage development of store operations staff teams into a customer focused, performance driven, skilled retail team.
  • Identify market gaps and manage new and existing store builds
  • Work with dealers to develop marketing and advertising plans that enhance the overall Bell brand and build sales results in the region.
  • Qualifications

  • University degree / college diploma with a focus on business / management is an asset
  • Minimum 5 years sales and retail management experience
  • Experience in telecommunications is an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with weekly and monthly standing meetings with Dealer Principals
  • Above average organizational skills and time management skills
  • Superior negotiating, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative
  • Have a strong desire to succeed and possess a sense of urgency
  • Excellent PC skills are required
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
