Description

Our Federal Government client is seeking a Relocation Specialist for a short term contract.

Qualifications

Education : A masters degree in business administration or related field

Mandatory qualifications :

  • 5 years experience as a primary analyst for the development, interpretation and administration of policy and procedures governing business travel and relocation
  • 5 years experience as a primary analyst providing guidance and advice to individual members and members worldwide
  • Experience as a Project Manager
  • 5 years experience rewriting regulations governing travel and relocation benefits
  • Participated in drafting submissions to obtain Government Approval and implement benefits
  • Must have extensive experience Coordinating Pilot Projects within Federal Government guidelines
  • 5 years Experience assessing feasibility of Cash Moves (including establishment of guidelines, processes and procedures, training and evaluation.)
  • 5 years experience Adjudicating complex claims and grievances
  • Extensive experience reviewing Benefit Administration
  • 5 years Experience developing recommendations and implementing plan of action to correct policy / procedural shortcomings
