  • In this unique and dynamic assignment the AssistantMarketing Manager will participate in driving accelerated growth of theBeverages business with focus on maximizing the impact of the consumermarketing initiatives.

    The incumbent is accountable to assist in thedevelopment and execution of marketing plan activities that deliver maximumimpact to consumers through leading specific projects and assisting the MarketingManager on brand specific projects.

    The successful candidate is a creativethinker who can balance executional impact with excellent planning,communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    MajorResponsibilities :

  • Manage innovation / renovation, packaging, pricing,promotional, merchandising and distribution strategies to support brand andcategory plans.
  • Manage all launch related initiatives and communication,including research, packaging, product development, launch presentations andinformation to sales.
  • Complete regular performance analysis using all availableresearch (AC Nielsen scan data, shipment data, etc.), as well as competitiveanalysis.
  • Provide fact-based analytical information to supportconsumer and custr initiatives and to drive portfolio profitability andgrowth.
  • Support the overall marketing execution strategy (includingadministration) as defined by the Business / Marketing Leader and MarketingManager.
  • Lead development of Brand plans and Business Reviews.
  • Develop presentations, tools, sell sheets and cycle kitmaterials for retail sales team.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities associated withbrand portfolio (e.g. PIN forms).
  • Responsible for budget management.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities associated with thebrand portfolio.
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree in a business-related disciplinepreferred.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of marketing experience required.CPG experience is strongly preferred.
  • An entrepreneurial / test & learn spirit with a passionfor e-commerce digital & social media marketing is an asset
  • Demonstrated strong proficiencies in marketing analysis (ACNielsen, BW / CBR, PFME).
  • The ability to leverage Nestlé processes, resources andenvironment.
  • Self-motivated, results focused with strong analyticalskills.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and handlingcomplexity.
  • Understanding of the 4P’s and their application. Ability toread and understand a P&L statement.
  • Must be able to effectively manage change in a fast-paceddynamic environment.
  • Computer literacy : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail andother MS applications.
