The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV, Bell Fibe TV and amazing new technologies through our new Bell Smart Home services.

About the role :

As a Specialist, Channel Sales Support you will be responsible in establishing, developing and expanding sales relationships across the Bell’s distribution network.

The successful candidate will work cross functionally ensuring Smart Home products are easy to sell, easy to buy and easy to support.

Job Duties / Accountabilities :

  • Develop, recommend and implement new sales strategies to attain and exceed channel sales targets
  • Work closely and in collaboration with cross functional teams to identify / resolve barriers to performance and implement new solutions
  • Support strategic projects such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and pilot new concepts in channel to determine cost / benefit impacts
  • Prepare detailed presentations, supported by data and analytics, to communicate findings to senior management
  • Work with the various BRS teams, including training, marketing, pricing, communications, to ensure strategies are aligned
  • Interface with sales channels responding to escalations, inquiries and providing sales support
  • Critical Qualifications / Competencies :

  • University degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business or Finance)
  • Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven, dynamic and results-oriented
  • A passion for creativity and innovation - the ability to recognize new opportunities and incorporate new ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team focus, with ability to lead and work within immediate, extended and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with managing data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Easily adapts to change
  • Strong ability to work on a number of deliverables concurrently
  • Preferred Qualifications / Competencies : Must be bilingual
