Job Description

The Pre-Sales Project Manager will support the Sales organization and will be responsible for the following :

Project Coordination :

Collaborate with multiple internal partners to successfully deliver key Advertising initiatives

Develop and maintain detailed project plans for initiatives as required

Oversee project delivery to ensure that deadlines are met

Build relationships in departments across the company to ensure that everyone is working in alignment

Asset & information organization :

Maintaining organizational systems and trackers within the Pre-Sales team

Ensure all sales-related assets and information are updated in a timely fashion by the responsible teams and properly stored for easy access by our teams and systems (in Sharepoint, in Advisr, etc.)

General support :

Manage and respond to general Pre-Sales inquiries from Sales team members, as required

Qualifications

Project coordination or project management experience

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Excellent communication skills

Ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team

Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sharepoint

Ability to grow and prosper in an ever-changing, complex environment

Previous experience in the advertising industry is an asset
