Job Description

The Pre-Sales Project Manager will support the Sales organization and will be responsible for the following :

Project Coordination :

  • Collaborate with multiple internal partners to successfully deliver key Advertising initiatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for initiatives as required
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Build relationships in departments across the company to ensure that everyone is working in alignment
  • Asset & information organization :

  • Maintaining organizational systems and trackers within the Pre-Sales team
  • Ensure all sales-related assets and information are updated in a timely fashion by the responsible teams and properly stored for easy access by our teams and systems (in Sharepoint, in Advisr, etc.)
  • General support :

  • Manage and respond to general Pre-Sales inquiries from Sales team members, as required
  • Qualifications

  • Project coordination or project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sharepoint
  • Ability to grow and prosper in an ever-changing, complex environment
  • Previous experience in the advertising industry is an asset
