Description

Our government Client is looking for a bilingual clerk with Secret clearance.

Duties

Process personnel security screening requests, at all levels for departmental and industry clients.

Analyse information received from different partners, including RCMP responses, CSIS and Financial reports.

Maintain an electronic and manual filing system, including a BF system.

Retrieve information from different databases when processing security screening requests

Communicate with security officials, on a daily basis by phone and / or in writing.

Qualifications

Candidate must have recent experience (within one year) in a Personnel Security Screening and an Organization Security Screening environment.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in assisting / communicating with the general public.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the use of micro-computers and related software such as MS Office, WordPerfect, AmiPro, Lotus 123.

Candidate must have recent experience (within the last year) in maintaining both an electronic and manual filing system.

Candidate must have recent experience (within the last year) in conducting preliminary checks in relation to personnel screening.

Candidate must have recent experience (within the last year) liaising with security officials
