Who- the Candidate :
We are looking for a professional and reliable Accountant to join this company’s dynamic and collaborative team. Candidates will have strong organizational skills, ability to adapt to multiple demands, think analytically, and be able to adapt to a fast-changing environtment.
Good computer skills are a must (Microsoft Office Suite) and knowledge of Yardi Voyager is an asset, as well as experience using Excel.
Candidates will have at least 2-3 years of progressive property accounting experience and a thirst for learning. Previous experience in real estate or another project-driven industry is very beneficial.
Downtown Vancouver in a beautiful corporate office. This candidate will benefit from a great computer set-up and several social spaces and kitchens stocked with fresh and healthy snacks.
Oh, and there are friendly dogs in the office, too! The HQ is close to many amenities and public transit, like Skytrain, Seabus, Canada Line, and West Coast Express.
How Much :
