Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated junior to intermediate Client Action Team (CAT) Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga.

As part of our Shared Services team, comprised of Finance, Marketing & Communications, and Human Resources, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities.

We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

The CAT Coordinator will be helping Pursuit Managers on key pursuits with presentation, proposals and more.

Accordingly, day-to-day job responsibilities will be determined by the needs and workload of the team, but will likely include :

  • Meeting scheduling and coordination
  • Internal client support services, including vetting and forwarding requests
  • Partnership with Marketing and HR to support shared interests (Client Engagement promotions, trainings, etc.)
  • Proposal and presentation development support (including document sourcing, collection, formatting and editing etc.)
  • Graphics and templates generation and selection (photos, organizational charts, etc.)
  • Management and maintenance of Client Action Team intranet pages
  • Ad hoc Client Action Team member assistance requests
  • You bring to the role :

  • Post-secondary degree / certificate in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Expertise in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint (In-Design experience a plus)
  • This person will have visibility working in Mississauga with Business Unit leads, Managing Director's and sometimes Executives.
  • The successful candidate must present well, demonstrate business maturity and have the ability to maintain confidential information

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage workload efficiently
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks successfully
  • Critical and analytical thinking and problem solving, including the ability to find the answer in order to assist team members and internal clients
