Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

TELUS Digital is looking for an agile enabler that will support initiatives to help drive change across the organization and increase productivity, product quality, and the overall team member experience.

In this role, you will be accountable for increasing agile maturity and help build high-performing teams and act as an change agent within TELUS Digital.

You'll be part of the Organizational Resilience team, where we foster and sustain better ways to work, think, and behave.

Through this role, you will help empower change and champion a culture of continuous improvement within TELUS Digital.

Here's how

  • Drive a culture of iterative and incremental change across Digital by embedding Agile principles and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across teams
  • Empower consistent ways of working through the adoption of Agile principles across teams and programs, while facilitating an environment in which individuals, programs and team can grow their agile adoption and execution in an organic matter
  • Coach and mentor teams and individuals (e.g. Scrum Masters) throughout the organization to enable and sustain Agile practices
  • Create and facilitate materials for courses, training models, and ad hoc team topics to strengthen Agile capabilities
  • Support business process re-engineering, conduct analysis and redesign key business process workflows to achieve broader business productivity outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive intentional change in an Agile delivery environment
  • Qualifications :

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Extensive experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Enabler role in a fast-moving digital environment
  • A proven track record of improving business agility and supporting business change ambitions within an organization through the application of Agile principles and practices (e.
  • g. Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Kaizen)

  • Experience leading and / or supporting Agile software delivery projects and initiatives
  • Proficient with a range of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) and experience leveraging them to support digital acceleration and change initiatives within a business
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills; capable of delivering Agile training and workshops to different audiences
  • Exemplified leadership in building out and mobilizing Agile communities of practice within organizations
  • Passionate about enabling change and is able to empathize with stakeholders
  • Implementation oriented mindset; focused on delivering and executing on digital acceleration and change outcomes set by the business
  • A systems thinker with the ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to complex challenges and influence change
