Who- the Company :

A very long-standing and reputable Vancouver-based non-profit organization (NPO). This company is very community-based with a very positive corporate culture.

What- the Role :

The new Administrator, Fundraising will report to the Director of Fundraising and will be responsible for managing the company’s CRM database (Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge).

The Administrator will be responsible for tracking and reconciling donations in the Raiser’s Edge database, communicating with donors by phone and email, issuing tax receipts, creating donation reports for management, overseeing gift-matching initiatives, taking on research projects, etc.

This is a diverse role, with opportunity to take on new duties and challenges over the years, and to truly feel part of something important.

Who- the Candidate :

We are seeking individuals with relevant administration experience on the fundraising team of a non-profit organization.

Experience managing donor information in a CRM database is required, and experience specifically using Raiser’s Edge is preferred.

Candidates will be detail-oriented, with strong reporting and analysis skills. Some form of relevant post-secondary education is required.

From a personality perspective, we are targeting individuals who are down-to-earth, pleasant, self-motivated, hard-working, and very good team players.

Great people skills and communication abilities are essential in this role!
