Orangeville Toyota is looking for a Used Car Lot Supervisor to join their team! The Used Car Lot Supervisor is responsible for working with the Used Car Sales Department to manage used vehicle inventory in the showroom and on the dealership lot.

Monday - Friday : 8 am - 5 pm

Job Duties :

  • Inspect vehicles when dropped off by Toyota.
  • Report any damage or vehicle condition deemed not acceptable for sale.
  • Check all vehicles to ensure all necessary paperwork is attached.
  • Inspect demonstrator vehicles for condition and gas levels.
  • Identify any vehicles that need to be cleaned re-cleaned.
  • Assist in stocking in vehicles to the lot and compound.
  • Take photos of used car inventory to use for online sales.
  • General duties as assigned by the manager.
  • What We Look For :

  • A positive attitude.
  • A valid Driver’s License (G) and clean drivers’ abstract.
  • Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow.
  • Organized and has strong attention to detail.
  • A strong team player who can work independently.
  • A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
