Our client in the Top 4 Accounting industry is looking for an Administrator to support the Risk Management Department to work a 2-

month contract at their downtown Toronto office. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week at a rate of $24.10 / hr

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the team’s central inbox
  • Prepare emails from templates.
  • Insert information into assessment template and format.
  • Initiate requests for internal reports using information obtained from the business.
  • Maintain internal team status reports.
  • Direct queries and issues to the manager as identified
  • Other activities as assigned

  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Risk Management Team or Professional Service Team
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency using various technologies (Lotus Notes, Google apps, web browser)
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills
  • The ability to interact well with people and to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Mature candidate with 3-5 years’ experience in a previous Risk Management Team or Professional service team.
