Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Corporate and Business Development Representatives, overseeing day-

to-day activities of the team in order to ensure that the capabilities of each sales representative results in the attainment of sales targets.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Building and leading a successful sales team
  • Coaching and developing sales representatives to meet assigned targets
  • Create a work environment resulting in retention through development and training
  • Skills cross training
  • Actively participate in daily field activities performed by your team
  • Successfully coordinate and communicate with internal business units
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • A true leader high level of self-awareness, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Sales Management experience is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate / national sales role with proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical aspects of business, with an understanding of connected solution-oriented selling
  • Demonstrated creativity and adaptability when it comes to driving performance
