Our London office is looking for an Intermediate Administrative Assistant to join the Wealth Advisory Services team and own the following responsibilities :

  • Assist with engagement acceptance process for new clients and day-to-day wealth client administration.
  • Administering the file management process to both SharePoint and Caseware files.
  • Preparation of engagement and other letters and following up as appropriate.
  • Direct support of Wealth Advisory Services leadership team.
  • Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups.
  • Other administrative duties as required; including photocopying, filing, mailing / courier, and providing assistance to other admin staff.

  • You will ensure work is complete, accurate and appropriately reviewed by maintaining the necessary technical knowledge and professional development.
  • You will recommend and implement quality or efficiency improvements to our engagements.
  • You will actively engage in communication with people leaders to ensure understanding of performance and development.
  • Y our experience and education

  • You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education.
  • You have 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks while dealing with confidential information.
  • You display strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • You are highly proficient with MS Office suite.
