Are you looking for the elusive worklife balance with a competitive salary?
A Dental Assistant does more than just suction and hand instruments. You will play a major role in ensuring our patients have a remarkable experience and leave with an even bigger smile than when they came.
On a daily basis, a Dental Assistant will :
Establish a trusting relationship with our patients. Help them understand their dental condition, while at the same time determine how their dental needs fit into the rest of their life.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and effective visit for each and every one of our patients.
With a clear understanding of their role on the team, initiate solutions proactively without the need for specific instructions for every situation.
Maintain consistently high standards when faced with unexpected obstacles in order to minimize the impact on our patients.
Impact our patients’ lives by giving them an experience they don’t expect based on their idea of what dentistry is supposed to be like, and one they can’t get at any other dental office.
Applicant must be a certified Level II Dental Assistant with HARP certification . Additional training will be provided and we will give you all the tools and support you need to succeed.
