Description

  • Knowledge of routings and bills of material.
  • Release jobs to production.
  • Manage assigned product lines and drive the demand in the ERP system taking into account customer requirements, material availability and production capacity.
  • Effectively communicate production status with CSR, Business Development and production team.
  • Identify and highlight potential risks / constraints to ensure the on-time completion of the schedule.
  • Coordinate with the Inventory and Purchasing departments to ensure a continuous supply of material in order to prevent shortages and delays in production.
  • Liaise effectively with various disciplines such as Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Vendors, Customers and Senior Leadership.
  • Quote factory lead times to Business Development based on material availability and production capacity.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management / Business or other related field with minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Demonstrated competencies in project management, analysis, problem solving / decision making, communications, and creativity / innovation.
  • Professional disposition, able to prioritize work and operate with little direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized self-starter.
  • Strong ERP system knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office.
