As a Graphic Designer on the Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for maintaining, evolving, and systemizing the tone, appearance, functionality, and overall aesthetic of the 7shifts brand.
You will have the ambition to produce consistent, high-quality digital creative across numerous mediums that pushes boundaries and contributes directly to our companies growth while reinforcing our brand through purposeful design.

Key Responsibilities :
Conceptualize and produce the design of all branded assets across digital mediums that reinforce the 7shifts brand
Contribute to the documentation and refinement of the 7shifts design system and brand identity that is used organization-wide
Partner with the Brand and Demand teams to create online marketing and communication campaigns that encourage stronger engagement and marketing performance
Collaborate with the Brand and Demand teams on the conception and execution of key creative projects, including the evolution of our marketing website
Take ownership of the creation, maintenance, and optimization of sales and partner enablement materials
Partner with internal and external partners to design and develop custom graphics and project assets
Contribute to the development of a strong, innovative and well-defined graphic design language for the brand
Ensure the guidelines for all applications of the 7shifts graphic identity are respected across all marketing channels
Provide design guidance to other designers and members of Product teams
You should have :
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or a related field
A minimum of 1 3 years experience in graphic design (previous SaaS or agency experience preferred)
Mastery of Adobe CC and deep knowledge of HTML / CSS
Prior experience with digital and print design standards
Knowledge of Sketch, Invision, Figma, and other design tools is an advantage
Experience with After-Effects and / or Premiere, or video production is a plus
Prior experience with HTML5 and designing for web advertising standards (iAB)
Prior experience with inbound marketing software, UX design and A / B testing
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Exceptional ability translating rough concepts into unique, brand appropriate form
Experience with creating and using design systems, sequences, and guidelines
Ability to manage a diverse workload and are proven self-starters
An appetite to keep learning and ability to iterate on designs with shifting deadlines and priorities
