Territory Manager - Hardware Retailers

$55,000 Base + Bonus

Our client, a Canadian paint manufacturer, is currently looking for a Territory Manager to support a major product launch as well as to promote and achieve sales growth and maintain business relationships within their key retail accounts.

More specifically, your responsibilities will be :

  • Support the launch of a new product line throughout a large territory
  • Ensure the full satisfaction of customers
  • Store support for problematic products or customer complaints
  • Employee / associate training
  • Make recommendations to the level of inventory products
  • Ensure strategic monitoring and provide reports on sales trends in your area and your comments on market trends.
  • The Offer :

  • Base salary : $55,000
  • Bonus based on performance

  • Requirements :

  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Four (4) years of experience in sales to retailers or in retail management
  • Very attentive to the demands and expectations of your customers
  • Excellent communication, analytical, decision making and reasoning skills
  • Dynamic selling style and results oriented
  • Ability to plan, organize and strategize sales and marketing plans
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time within your territory
